Fact Sheet Project

You will need to use a minimum of TWO sources for your project.

Make sure you include the following information:

• Name of the drug you are researching
• Slang or street name(s) for the drug
• The history/background of the drug
• Purpose of the drug
• The classification or category that the drug falls under (ex: Alcohol--depressant)
• Short term effects of the drug
• Long term effects of the drug
• Side effects
• Current medical uses for the drug
• Local treatment centers with address and phone numbers
